I know I have done wrong lately,
and I’ve hurt you tremendously.
All I can say is sorry,
so that you don’t have to worry.

If you could just let me
explain my side of the story
oh how painful it can be
to realize I hurt you so badly

Pain runs through my veins
knowing I can’t get you back
but once you let me go
I can not lean back.

i came to this site because im doing this thing at school on 7 daiis of poetry and i wanted to get tomorrows work done but i took one of the above and made it mine <3 ttyl thanks for the ideas

Many tears you have shed
‘Till your eyes are all red
For all the hurtful words that I have said
When kinder words should have been uttered instead.

Now, I’m lying on my bed
Images of you in my head
Thinking of how many ways can sorry be said
Because if I know, I’ll say them all to you in a thread.

I see the hurt and the pain, in your eyes and your smile,
and i think
Can I love and hate the same,her hurt and shame, am i the link?
Does she stay, cause she love’s me, or is she too afraid to leave,and I think,
When i weigh the options, to go or stay, the love makes the scales sink…in her favor
Through the fights and the cold nights, i sometimes lay awake thinking,
If love is so blissful, why is her heart shrinking?
I feel her essence sinking
And i choose to reach out, not to save her, but to save me, and i think
To crush beauty’s growth, is surely a sin, to bring her within the brink
So I apologize, not out of sincerity, empathy, consciousness, or reason,
but out of self-pity, cause I surely should know better…

You can’t always apologize for some things said. U just got to hold ur head up high and forget about what has been said. Bite your lip and tell her she was right. Even if she was wrong. There’s nothing better than having that special some one with in ur arms, having those beatiful eyes to look into once more and that great big smile be brought right back opon that face. Take it from me its helped a lot thinking I was right when I was really wrong.
